She had the house cleaned, cleared out and fully prepared to be listed... which translated into a higher sales price. All important dates were met and on time! We can't recommend Jen enough, she helped us find and purchase our first home! Before signing on with Jen we were avid open house goers and met her at one. Her bubbly and friendly personality won us over and we decided to meet with her to discuss having her be our realtor. During that meeting, Jen was extremely prepared and was never once pushy. She wanted us to make the right decision that was best for us. Jen made herself available for almost every open house we went to and when she was out of town made sure that we were notified ahead of time with a backup agent to help us if we needed it while she was gone. We felt bad dragging her to all these open houses but when we didn't tell her we were going to one, we actually ran into her there anyway. She is always doing right by her clients and keeping her knowledge of the market up to date. Through closing and beyond, Jen was there for us every step of the way, always making sure that things were on track and working with all other parties to make sure that the deal went as smoothly as possible. Anything she didn't know she was very open about and brought back to her team to find an answer in a timely manner. Working with Jen is like working with a really good friend. Not only did we find our first home, we found a friend and resource for what we hope is a very long time!
